Caldan Worldwide is a brand building consulting firm with exceptional instinct and insight in global business intelligence. We provide creative business solutions and strategic leadership for fashion and lifestyle brands seeking an international edge.
Founders Gary and Victoria Dahan are global brand building and business development experts. With a wealth of fashion experience behind them and a shared vision for the future, Caldan Worldwide was founded in 2001 as an all-encompassing business consulting firm.
Caldan has been the back story to the international growth of many premium and contemporary fashion and lifestyle brands — such as 7 For All Mankind, Citizens of Humanity, Rich & Skinny, and Koral, among many others. We have provided leadership on a range of areas including international business planning, development, operations, brand positioning, creative direction, product assortment, plus customer acquisition and retention strategies.
The business models we created have been tried, tested, and replicated, leading to great success worldwide.
HE SAID
I’ve been called an ‘inventor of business’. As I look back over my multifaceted career, I guess that’s an accurate description. I have created many businesses, opportunities and products, and I have helped many people achieve their goals as I achieved mine.
I have always believed in work, success, business, creativity, and invention. My young life was spent in Paris in the visual arts — as a hair stylist and product creator in the beauty and fountain-of-youth markets. I have owned and operated successful fashion retail and manufacturing businesses in Montreal (Jean Nicola) and in Southern California (Tess). I was a partner in Belspeed, an international fashion logistics company based in Belgium. I was instrumental in building, branding, and selling it.
I have built and consulted for many brands and businesses over the years.
Business is my passion.

My life’s purpose is bringing beauty forth. I worked as a fashion designer for over twenty years. Through what I crafted, women saw their beauty by wearing something that made them feel beautiful. The women were already beautiful. My work was to help them discover, feel, and see it. I brought their beauty forth.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my professional range–designing many types of products, merchandising, and brand building. I’ve also developed writing, content creation, and marketing skills.
I’m happiest when I support people in achieving their goals and bring beautiful ideas and products to market. I feel fortunate to have created a professional niche where I can do that.
I bring beauty forth.
